Iron Man

 

In J4 we have been reading the Iron Man.  We worked in Think Groups to create our own version of the Iron Man using Clixi.

The Great Fire of London

 

In J4 we have been learning about the Great Fire of London which began in 

a bakery in Pudding Lane on 2nd September 1666.

 

We decided to make Tudor houses from cereal boxes. 

 

We carefully took them apart and turned them inside out.

 

 

We used PVA glue to stick them back together.

 

We painted them white. 

  

 

When they were dry we drew beams

on them and painted the beams brown or black.

 

 

 

This is our version of Pudding Lane!

 

 

 

 

Autumn in the Park  

 

We visited Victoria Park.

 

 

We used four of our five senses to write a poem entitled, Autumn in the Park.

Separating Solids

 

We worked in our Think Groups to investigate separating solids.  

 

We used pasta, rice and dried peas.
