Welcome to Year One

Welcome to Year One. The children have all settled well into their new classes and are enjoying all their new activities.

This term, our topic will be Marvellous Me!

The topic after half term will be Food.

There are lots of celebrations this term -Harvest is on Oct 6th, and we will spend a week before half term looking at India and the Hindu festival of light, Divali.

Bonfire Night celebrations follow half term and of course, Christmas when we will show you our Christmas performance.

As the term progresses we will put photographs of the activities we do in Year One!
